Many of you may be reading about the widespread security vulnerability called Heartbleed that is affecting quite a few online services and accounts. We wanted to inform you all that Sendible is not vulnerable to this security exploit.
Our servers were immediately patched and no sensitive data was left vulnerable. It is industry best practice, however, to recommend you to change your passwords for all your social networks as well as your Sendible account as a precautionary measure.
If you change your password on social networks e.g. Facebook, Twitter you would need to update your password and reconnect services in Sendible to avoid any service disruption.
If you do change your password on your social networks, please be sure to head over to:
Add/Edit Services > My Services > Select your Service > Click update account
