A service is an interaction with any social network account such as Facebook, Twitter or Instagram. This includes posting, monitoring keywords and automation services like the RSS Auto Poster.

If you would like to schedule posts, monitor conversations and analyse results for a social profile, you should account for 2-3 services. e.g. If you want to publish to Instagram and retrieve analytics you will need 2 services for the same social media profile.  

  • Starter plan: 12 services is about 4 profiles
  • Traction plan: 48 services is about 12 profiles
  • Growth plan: 105 services is about 35 profiles

N.B. if you only wish to schedule posts without monitoring or analytics, you only need 1 service per social profile.

We accept all major credit cards. Payments are usually taken monthly but we also offer a 15% discount if you choose to pay annually. If you would prefer to pay by invoice or purchase order, please contact us.

Please note: If you are a UK-based customer, you will also be billed VAT.

There are no contracts on our standard plans and you can cancel at any time. At the end of your initial 30-day free trial, you’ll be billed automatically for your chosen plan. If you sign a contract for a custom plan or White Label, the terms outlined in the contract would be applicable.

Yes, we offer an additional 15% discount for nonprofit organizations which goes up to 25% if you pay annually.

Sendible supports all key social media networks including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and now, scheduling Google Posts to Google My Business. You can also monitor and respond for Facebook Ad comments, connect your blogs to draft posts from within the dashboard and much more.

Publish photos and videos directly to Instagram Business Profiles, and schedule reminders for stories and carousel posts with in-app notifications. Unfortunately, we don't support answering direct messages on Instagram at the moment. 

Yes, we do support scheduling image posts to Google My Business. We don't provide reports at the moment but our team will implement them if the functionality becomes available.
