Every social media account that you would like to connect to Sendible will count as one profile. For key networks like Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc., each social profile includes the ability to post, pull reports, and stream comments and feeds. 

You can send 100 daily posts per user (or more, depending on your plan) across all your social media profiles.

Each user is an individual login and/or a calendar, allowing you to separate and organise your account by client, location or brand.

Each plan includes an allocation of social profiles and users you can add. For every separate calendar you want to create, you'll need one user allocation and change the user type to "Client".

You can use the included users on your subscription plan or add a bundle of users and profiles without upgrading to the next tier.

Yes, you can without needing to upgrade to the next plan up. We bundle our profiles with users and you can add or remove these bundle(s) at any time in your subscription settings.

The number of profiles you get per user varies based on your plan type. So with one bundle on a Creator plan, you will receive an extra user and 6 social profiles for an additional $29. Your total cost per month would then be $58 on a monthly subscription.

However, if you would like additional functionalities available on a higher plan, we recommend upgrading.

Sendible supports key social media networks including Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google Business Profiles, Threads, and Bluesky.

You can publish photos, videos, Reels, Stories and image carousels directly to Instagram Professional profiles. You can also schedule reminders for video carousel posts with in-app notifications.

You can also tag profiles in image posts, geotag locations and automatically include a first comment filled with your hashtags to go out with every post. Unfortunately, we don't support answering direct messages on Instagram at the moment.

Yes, we do support scheduling posts with images to Google Business so you can keep your locations updated! Reports are not available at the moment and will need to be accessed natively.

You can publish videos directly to TikTok Business and Personal Accounts via Sendible. Pick a thumbnail from the video timeline and enable duets, stitches, and comments. Our suite also includes TikTok reporting, which allows you to track metrics like profile views, engagement, follower growth, when they're most active, demographics, and more.

In order to comply with the posting policies of social media sites, we apply a daily posting limit for each user. During the trial period, the limit is set to 100 posts per day per user. Paid users on the Traction plan and above have a higher daily posting limit.

This limit is put in place to prevent social media accounts from being suspended which can happen if your posts are flagged as spam or are reported by social media users for other reasons.

Our customer success team provides 1:1 onboarding for customers on the Scale, Expansion, and custom plans, while all plans can book a 1:1 session with one of our experts to address specific questions and best practices.

We accept all major credit cards. Payments are usually taken monthly but we also offer a 15% discount if you choose to pay annually. If you would prefer to pay by invoice or purchase order, please contact us.

Please note: If you are a UK-based customer, you will also be billed VAT.

If you're looking to generate more business as an agency, our White Label plan could be an excellent choice as it allows you to add all your clients into one branded space. 

You can also create different service packages for clients and limit certain areas of the dashboard until you upsell them to a higher tier with more hands-on work from you.

White Label plans include all Sendible features and start from $299/month (USD). If you're interested, book a demo with our team to discuss this potential solution in detail.

We currently support three currencies: USD (U.S. Dollar), EUR (Euro), and GBP (British Pound). Unfortunately, we do not support any other currencies at the moment.

There are no contracts on our standard plans and you can cancel at any time. At the end of your free 14-day trial, you’ll be asked to add your credit card. If you add a credit card during the trial, you'll be billed automatically at the end of your trial period.

If you sign a contract for a custom or a White Label plan, the terms outlined in the contract will be applicable.

Yes, we do! If you're a nonprofit or charitable organization, you can receive a monthly discount of 15% on any plan. If you choose to pay annually, you can get a 25% discount on any plan.

Please note that only one type of discount can be applied to your account at a time.
