You might notice we look a little different today, but what we believe hasn’t changed. This fresh identity is simply a sharper reflection of who we are and what we’re here to do.

A visual shift, rooted in purpose

We’ve been around for 17 years, practically a lifetime in software! While the world of social media evolved, our logo mainly stayed the same for the past 14 years.

It was time for a refresh!

Our new look is a clearer reflection of who we are today: shaped by our customers, grounded in our values, and true to the voice we’ve always believed in.

“We didn’t set out to change who we are. We set out to show it more clearly,” said Nico Watson, President at Sendible. “This visual update helps us better represent our mission: enabling brands to scale while staying true to their authentic voice.”

At the heart of the design is our new logo, built with loops and layers that represent voice, amplification, and meaningful growth, representing amplification through authenticity.

“We explored a lot of ideas,” explained Emmanuel Oshowobi, Sendible's Visual Designer, who led the rebrand. “But it was the concept of a voice growing stronger, echoing outwards, that really resonated. Our logo is made of loops, each one representing growth, reach, and genuine connection. That’s what Sendible enables.”

It’s not just about visuals. Our tone of voice brings personality too. 

We call it R.E.A.L: Reliable, Empowering, Authentic, Leading.

Whether we’re welcoming a new user, launching a feature, or replying in your inbox, you’ll hear the same tone, clear, encouraging, and human.

“There are so many people behind the scenes who make Sendible what it is—and it’s so much more than just a tool," said Tamara Biljman, Head of Content Marketing at Sendible. "We are these traits. We are Sendible's voice. And we show up every day living what we stand for.”

New design, upcoming product improvements

This isn’t just about aesthetics, we’re also rolling out new functionality that adds even more value to our customers. Here are our upcoming improvements:

  • Zapier integration - Schedule and publish your posts via Zapier. Connect Sendible to Notion, Airtable, Asana, Google Sheets, and more to automate your workflows and schedule content without ever leaving your favourite workspace.
  • A powerful new media system is on the way - Designed to make uploading, publishing and managing your images and videos smoother than ever. With smarter validation, content creation will be simpler and seamless.
  • Built-in video editing - Trim, crop, adjust speed, and more, directly from your compose box. No external tools required.
  • Client Connect upgrade - TikTok, Threads, and Bluesky will soon be supported! You’ll also see exactly who connected each network profile, so if something breaks or needs reconnecting, you’ll know who to contact.
  • A dedicated white label expert - Have a white label? Soon you will have direct access to Ann, who can provide personalised support, expertise guidance, and faster resolutions when it matters most. Ann has been a CSM with Sendible for years, and soon she will be focused solely on providing expert guidance for white label customers.
  • Calendar improvement - Choose whether your week starts on Sunday or Monday! This small, long-requested update makes weekly planning simpler and more flexible.

These updates reflect our bias for action—always moving forward, always improving, always staying accountable.

What’s changing—and what’s not

Our mission hasn’t changed—we’re still here to help brands be remarkable at scale. But we’ve updated our tagline to better capture what we’re all about: Amplify your voice. Be remarkable.

This fresh identity brings our purpose into sharper focus. You’ll start to see the new Sendible look across our website, platform, social channels, webinars, and videos. Updated UI elements will roll out soon, designed to feel clearer, warmer, and more aligned with how we show up for you.

We’ve also launched a new Brand Hub where you can explore our updated logos, colours, tone of voice, templates, and downloadables—and learn more about the story behind the refresh.

It's still us just sharper, warmer, more.  This isn’t a rebrand. It’s a reflection. A refinement. A reminder of the things we’ve always believed in:
