The Sendible Customer Story Prize Draw (“Prize Draw”) is open to legal residents aged 18 years or older in any country where participation is not prohibited by law.
Employees of Sendible Ltd., its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
This Prize Draw is organised and sponsored by Sendible Ltd., a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 06418285) with its registered office at 82 Great Eastern St, London EC2A 3JF.
To enter, participants must:
Complete the official Sendible Customer Story Submission Form at sendible.com/customer-stories during the promotion period.
Provide accurate and complete information about their experience using Sendible.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase or payment does not increase the chances of winning.
Entries will be accepted starting from the campaign launch date and will close on 31st October 2025 at 11:59 PM (GMT).
Entries submitted after this date will not be eligible.
One (1) winner will receive a $200 Amazon Gift Card (or local currency equivalent).
The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or alternative prize will be offered.
The prize will be delivered electronically to the winner’s email address within 14 days of winner confirmation.
The winner will be selected by a random draw from all eligible entries received during the promotion period.
The draw will be conducted within 7 days of the closing date under the supervision of the Sponsor.
The winner will be notified by email within 14 days of the draw.
If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
By submitting a story, participants grant Sendible Ltd. permission to use their name, company name, testimonial, image, and/or logo in Sendible’s marketing materials, website, and social media channels, with proper attribution.
Participants may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting privacy@sendible.com.
Sendible Ltd. is not responsible for:
Late, lost, or misdirected entries.
Technical malfunctions, human error, or any issues that prevent participation or prize delivery.
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sendible Ltd. and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation or prize acceptance.
Personal information collected from participants will be handled in accordance with Sendible’s Privacy Policy.
Data will be used solely for administering this promotion and for legitimate marketing follow-up where consent has been provided.
Sendible Ltd. reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Prize Draw if fraud, technical issues, or any other factors beyond its control impair the integrity or fairness of the promotion.
Decisions made by Sendible Ltd. are final and binding.
