Yes! With Sendible, you can easily require content approval before a user's posts go live.

When creating or editing a user, simply toggle “Needs approval before publishing” and choose the approver. This ensures every post is reviewed and approved by the right person—perfect for maintaining brand consistency across multiple agents or offices.

You can also use Permission Groups to control what each user can access or do in the platform, and assign managers to oversee specific user dashboards.

In order to comply with the posting policies of social media sites, we apply a daily posting limit for each user. During the trial period, the limit is set to 100 posts per day per user. Paid users on the Traction plan and above have a higher daily posting limit.

This limit is put in place to prevent social media accounts from being suspended which can happen if your posts are flagged as spam or are reported by social media users for other reasons.

Get support from real people every step of the way. All plans include access to our helpdesk's how-to articles, live group training sessions, and our live chat which is available during UK business hours (9 am - 10 pm GMT).

Our customer success team provides 1:1 onboarding for customers on the Scale, Expansion, and custom plans, while all plans can book a 1:1 session with one of our experts to address specific questions and best practices.

We accept all major credit cards. Payments are usually taken monthly but we also offer a 15% discount if you choose to pay annually. If you would prefer to pay by invoice or purchase order, please contact us.
