When creating or editing a user, simply toggle “Needs approval before publishing” and choose the approver. This ensures every post is reviewed and approved by the right person—perfect for maintaining brand consistency across multiple agents or offices.

In order to comply with the posting policies of social media sites, we apply a daily posting limit for each user. During the trial period, the limit is set to 100 posts per day per user. Paid users on the Traction plan and above have a higher daily posting limit.

This limit is put in place to prevent social media accounts from being suspended which can happen if your posts are flagged as spam or are reported by social media users for other reasons.
