Marketing YouTuber Joe Zeplin, whose videos on social media schedulers rank among Google's top recommendations for the topic, put Sendible through its paces for a real-world use case:
Running social media for businesses with dozens of locations, from a hotel chain to a real estate group.
Here are the 10 things that stood out most in his review, plus what each one actually does for teams managing multiple brands or locations.
Zeplin's core test case was a real estate group with 30 separate locations, each with its own social profiles. Instead of juggling 30 separate tools or logins, he set up one Sendible workspace, connected all 30 Facebook pages and all 30 Instagram pages to it, and scheduled content for every location from a single dashboard.
Inside a workspace, Sendible splits access into three roles: team members (staff with defined permissions), clients (who can view and approve posts but not change setup), and admins (full control).
For agencies managing multiple clients, this means everyone sees only what they need to — clients can approve their own posts without being able to touch anyone else's.
Agencies often don't have — or don't want — their clients' social media logins. Sendible's Client Connect feature generates an embeddable code clients can add to their own website, letting them log into their own social accounts directly without ever handing over a password.
Rather than selecting individual accounts every time, Sendible lets you bundle profiles into Profile Lists — by location, region or product line. Zeplin set up a list per location so that scheduling a single post automatically pushed it out to every social platform tied to that location.
This is the feature that makes bulk posting actually usable at scale. Dynamic fields let you write one "base caption" and have Sendible automatically swap in location-specific details, such as address, website link, city name, local hashtag, phone number, for each profile the post goes out to.
Sendible's post composer connects directly to Canva, Google Docs and Pexels, so content creation doesn't require switching tools. Zeplin called out Pexels specifically as a fast way to pull free stock images straight into a post when there's no original photo on hand.
Two AI features inside the composer stood out: an AI hashtag generator that suggests relevant tags for a specific post (Zeplin's rule of thumb: no more than three per post) and an AI "rephrase" tool that reworks captions to include more searchable keywords — helping posts surface in social platforms' own search and recommendation algorithms.
Sendible calculates the best time to post based on when a profile's audience is actually online, via a one-click "optimal time" button. Zeplin's added tip: avoid scheduling exactly on the hour or in round five-minute increments (like 6:00 or 6:05), since those times read as obviously automated — a small manual adjustment (like 6:03) makes posts look more native.
For evergreen or repeatable content, Sendible's Evergreen Content Queues let you set fixed weekly time slots (e.g., every Monday and Wednesday) and drop posts in to fill them automatically. Once a queue reaches the end of its content, it can loop back to the start and reuse posts — useful for maintaining consistent posting cadence without constant manual scheduling.
Sendible centralises comments, DMs, and tags across every connected profile into one activity feed, so agencies can respond quickly instead of "posting and ghosting", which Zeplin flagged as a common reason accounts lose algorithmic reach. On the reporting side, Sendible can generate white-labelled performance reports (with Sendible branding removed), allowing agencies to present results under their own brand.
Zeplin also broke down Sendible's pricing tiers as part of the review:
What is Sendible best for?
Managing social media for multiple brands or locations from a single dashboard — particularly for agencies and multi-location businesses like franchises, hotel groups or real estate networks.
How many locations can Sendible manage at once?
There's no hard cap on locations within a single workspace — Zeplin demonstrated connecting profiles for up to 30 separate locations under one brand. The real ceiling is profiles per plan: Premium includes 42 social profiles, while Enterprise scales up to 300. Each additional workspace adds 6 more social profiles, which can be distributed across locations however you need — for example, 50 profiles on one workspace and 2 on another, depending on how big each location's footprint is.
Does Sendible support white-labeling for agencies?
Yes — it's available as a paid add-on, but only on the Elite and Enterprise plans, removing Sendible's branding so agencies can present the platform as their own to clients.
What's the cheapest Sendible plan?
The Core plan starts at $35/month for a single workspace with 6 social profiles, with unlimited scheduling.
