After looking into a trialist's journey, from website visit to signing up for the free trial, we noticed a trend. Many users were signing up but dropping off at the 'add credit card' page. 😐
While we want to be a profitable business, we are still human. We understand how frustrating it can be for users trialling new software to have to give away their credit card information before even having the chance to see the tool.
So today, we have made a change! We're pleased to announce that you can now try any Sendible plan completely free for 14 days - no credit card required! 🎉
Once users have started their free trial, they are walked through the tool by our onboarding wizard. The wizard helps users learn the basic ropes of Sendible before they are able to take it for a spin on their own. 📚
