Removal of Review Monitoring and the Contacts Section

In order to keep up with the ever-changing social media landscape, we've recently regrouped as a company to brainstorm on how we can help our customers create better connections and more meaningful engagement. We believe to be successful on social media, companies need to tell strikingly original stories that grab their audience’s attention and elicit an emotion. Our goal is to help you through this change. 

That is why we’ve decided to build new features to help you amplify your stories and make you more successful. This shift of focus also means that we will be removing some older features that are not aligned with where we believe social media is heading, but don’t worry we have found an alternative for you!

From the relaunch of Pinterest, to direct video publishing for Instagram and the Image Editor - our developers are working hard behind the scenes to improve Sendible for you.

Removals: 🚨

With improvements to our tool, come changes. As a result, we have made the difficult decision to remove a handful of features to better our tool for what comes next.

As part of our layout updates, we will be removing the Contacts section and Review Monitoring from the Sendible dashboard. These features will be removed from Sendible on March 31st, 2019.

By removing the Contacts section, you will no longer be able add contacts and build contact lists within Sendible. You will no longer have the ability to send emails and SMSs from within the tool.

Product replacements: 

We realise a handful of our customers still use Sendible for its email marketing capabilities, therefore we have partnered with ConvertKitConvertKit is the ideal way for small agencies and freelancers to manage email campaigns for their clients. 

ConvertKit offers a concierge service and will help Sendible users migrate over.

If you have unused email or SMS credits that you have purchased, please contact our support team by emailing to have these converted into time on your account, or for an appropriate refund to be issued.
