Boy do we have some great news for you!
Apart from the fact that our London HQ is now open again, and we're able to see our friends at work after this very long lock-down, July has been rife with some really good fixes, updates, and releases!

Release- Instagram onboarding has just been revamped! (YAY!🙌) The process is now smoother than a silk glove, more informative with tips and pointers, and you're also able to add or reconnect Instagram Business Profiles in bulk! 😎

Fixed - Various time-zone issues which some users were experiencing with their dashboards.
Fixed - Some users were unable to download reporting data into a CSV file, this too has been fixed-fixed-fixed.
Fixed - Some users reported that they were unable to remove Publishing Permissions for some Client users. Check!
Fixed - There was a bug which caused some users to not be able to add Facebook/Instagram Profiles. Super-fixed!
Updated - We've improved the Thumbnail Preview for videos using Mpeg Codec's.
On a side-note, we're also super happy that Heather, our Customer-Success Manager, is back from maternity leave, because we missed her terribly! 👶🌈😃
